the effect of changes in feeding ecology upon shifts in rates of diversification
in modern terrestrial mammals, birds, and reptiles: achievements included
development of a novel, robust, computer-implemented, comparative phylogenetic
methodology; and the compilation and analysis of a data base of unprecedented
